PCPU Locked up failed to ack TLB invalidate ESXI 6.0 Update 2 here it says the problem was with BIOS. Could you check whether the latest version of it is installed? PSOD: PCPU Locked up failed to ack tlb invalidate mentions outdated BIOS among possible reasons, too.
