Good day community,
i am running an enviroment with 4 hosts / 1 cluster, managed by vcenter 7.03 build 20395099 - same hardware, same version 7.0.3 u3 19482537 (customized Lenovo).
I face the following problem: my guest os (server 2019) get´s a BSOD with HAL_INITIALIZATION_FAILED (5c), actual 4 VM´s are running into this problem all located on the second host - around 20 VM´s are located on each host.
I checked the minidump file and all machines get the same dumb:
HAL_INITIALIZATION_FAILED (5c)

Today i also get a warning for hitting the 10% mark for "Average CPU ready all cores" (Veeam ONE) on Host 2 - can´t find any reason why so far.
I take a look at the vmkernel.log from Host 2 and see many entries like this:
CPUxy:xy StorageDevice: 7059 : End path evaluation for device xy (see Attatchement for more details)
additional enviroment information:
Storage: IBM FlashSystem 5200, VMFS6
Connection: FC
Guests: HW-Compatibility ESXi 7.0 U2 and above
VMTools: 12320
Looking for help to solve the BSOD Problem.
Thanks in advice
Your post needs moving to the area for ESXi, so I have reported it to the moderators.
