I have Toshiba A11-S3540 i7 M620 2.647 Ghz processor laptop with 8 GB memory and vmware workstation 7.2. i installed ESX4 updated on vmware workstation 7.2 and it went fine but after installation i got this message on ESX server in Red at the bottom of the screen but ESX is working fine it just error message that i have no clue how to resolve any help would be great. please see attach file.

Welcome to the forums.

I will guess it is related to Laptop and Workstation rather than ESX. ESX gets indirect access to the hardware. As per this Knowledgebase article http://kb.vmware.com/kb/1016141 it can be safely ignored.

yes or no. i saw this error on physical IBM server as well at my client location. so its not only related to laptop or workstation 7. but thank for ur reply.

I am saying that your issue is probably related to the laptop. You can check the Knowledge-base for related items http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/searchEntry.do

Check to see that you have the latest BIOS. Check the Laptop website for NUMA issues.
