Error upgrading a virtual machine to the latest hardware version

hello,

when i try to upgrade a virtual machine to the latest hardware version, i have this message :

"the operation is not support"

vSphere Client version 7.0.3.00700

A idea to solve this ?

This is probably the version of vCenter. 

Please paste also the version of ESXi host.
