Host only networking on ESXi 4.1

My apologies if there is proper documentation on this,but I haven't been able to find it.

I would like to use some guests with only "host only" network access, but haven't found out how to configure the images for this.

All help much appreciated.

That's actually easy to achieve. You only need to create a new vSwitch without attaching uplinks (vmnics) to it.

Welcome to the Community - to add to Andre's answer - the communication will only occur between the VMs connected to this switch - in VMware parlance this is called an Internal Only vSwitch -
