How to identify different types of storage ?

Hi All,

Is there a way using powercli script that i would be able to identify the different types of storage that is attached to each host (fiber storage, local storage, NAS, etc....) ?

If you could please point me in the right direction that would be really helpful.... As out environment has so many different types of storage i am finding it difficult to manage....

Have a look at RVTools to see if it gives you information you're after - http://www.robware.net/

If not, I will see if I can write a PowerShell script to get this information.
