I have an HP DL 380 G5, and I can not detect your USB devices.
Some time ago I had this case

On that occasion it happened with an HP DL360 G6
I could solve, but I was reading and apparently the DL-380 G5 version does not support Intel VT Directed I / O can anyone confirm me this?
I have VT enabled in the BIOS for x64, but still does not work
