Are you using a remote DB Instance or SQL Express?

you may want to try a few things.  First it may just be a vCenter agent issue on your Host(s). I would try and restart the management agents on a host to see if that fixes the issue.

Secondly, you may want to check the size of your DB instance and maybe do some maintenance on it.

Hello,

i would like to say thanks to you for valuable suggestion and its related to vc issue which you said.we opened a call with VMware last week and they suggested

Remediation Plans -

Short Term - The vCenter server currently has 12Gb memory. To increase the memory in the server to 16Gb. This will give the server more free memory and allow the Tomcat max memory setting to be increased further . The vCenter Database Retention Policy has been set to 180 days. This will limit the retention of all history of task, events and performance data to 180 days to limit the growth of the SQL database.

Long Term - A second vCenter will be built and linked to the current vCenter.

So reopened a case once again with them and uploading log file.Meanwhile i will go through you suggestion and will let you know

thanks
