I have an ESXi host with a Windows Server 2022. The host itself is connected to a QNAP device hosting a Speedtest server. Physical connection is handled by Mikrotik CRS504-XQ and 25 Gbps link. When I connect a physical server, I get a throughput around 8-9 Gbps, but when I try it in a virtual machine (vmxnet3), I get only around 3 Gbps.
