Unable to vMotion error is "Transport (VMDB) error -45: Failed to connect to peer process".

Unable to vMotion one VM from one ESXi host to different ESXi host under same cluster. But Below error happen. Please let me know what to check and what should be the solution.

Erro Stack: Transport (VMDB) error -45: Failed to connect to peer process.

More information is required. What version are these hosts (exact build)? What version of vCenter? What vendor are these hosts and are you using the vendor-supplied ESXi image? This is a fairly generic failure message which can indicate a number of things.
