Using local storage for non-critical vm's

Has anyone used any of the virtual san appliances to create a pool of shared storage utilizing the local disks of ESXi 4.1 hosts? All of my blades came with 140 GB of space, would be nice to use it for non-critical vm's and be able to vmotion from it. I have a few already running on a host here and there. Thanks for any insight.

Take a look at HP Lefthand VSA, Openfiler, FreeNAS, Xtravirt VSA, StorMagic SvSAN VSA.
