If you log on to the Windows server running vCenter via RDP

1) Are all the services started?

2) Can you connect using a local install of vSphere client?

Hi,

Yes! VMware VirtualCenter Server service is not started but set to automatic.

Try starting the service!

Hi,

This clearly looks like an issue with your existing vCenter server installation.

I'd probably recommend creating a new post with this as we have detracted quite far from deleting snapshots from a VM.

Make sure you include the vCenter logs from %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\VMware\VMware VirtualCenter\Logs\   (Specifically vpxd.log)

As this will help us troubleshoot the issue.
