View 5.3 Direct Connection Plug In

Can anyone help me understand why a Wins 7_64bit VM desktop cannot to displayed on my Amulet DXZC zero client?  When I log onto the ZC, I get an attempt at connection but the screen goes black straight away and the desktop screen on a console session on the sphere client flashes black and the normal desktop.

I've re-installed Tools, DC View Agent again.  Played about with screen resolutions and video ram.  I don't have a View Connection Server deployed so I log into View Connection Server with the IP address of the VM; the network is fine, it pings from the diagnostic menu on the ZC.

I know it works cos I sorted a similar problem 2 years ago but can't remember what I did.  Any suggestions would help.  I have esxi v5.5 up1 on 2 hosts and vac v5.5.

Hi,

Increase your VM's video graphic memory to 128 MB or more.

Hi,

Increase your VM's video graphic memory to 128 MB or more.
