I have an HP shared storage connected to 2 Vsphere serves using SAS connection.
i created 4 VMs on each server and i need to shared my storage between this VMs. Is it feasible? and if yes how can we do such configuration?
I remenber that i have tried ealier (2 years ago) this configuration and i received a message "disk lock by another machines... "
please help me.

Er, your question is not clear, but based on the question i saw, You want to have one shared disk for doing a cluster to be shared between other VMs.
So, In this case, you need to use "RDM" or "iSCSI", but make sure that your operating system is a cluster-aware. May refer to this KB and URL for more information. This is example of MSCS.

bitou you mention sas connections, no san or nfs.
do you have a shared storage array?
if you do you may need to setup multi-initiator access to the luns.
if you are using local disk, the you need a solution like VSA vsphere storage appliance
or but a nfs or san
