true link aggregation?

ESXi have support for true link aggregation "One IP to one IP connections over multiple NICs"?

LACP is supported, but there are some limits...

This is to do with the algorithm on link aggregation and how the traffic is distributed over the available links.  Any communication between two end points will not be able to use more the link, however the traffic will be evenly across available links for other traffic.  For example, Host A one connection session to Host B uses only one NIC1, and Host B one connection session to Host D uses only one NIC2 and so on.
