unable send vSphere logs to syslog server

Hello, I have a problem with 3 of my vSphere machines, one of my vSphere machine is fail to send logs to remote syslog server.

I already add . @<syslog_ipaddress> on /etc/syslog.conf and restart syslog service. And then esxcfg-firewall -o 514,udp,out,syslog and esxcfg-firewall -l

Is anyone know how to resolve this problem?

Thanks

Check again the configuration to be sure that it is fine.

Check that ESX can reach the syslog server.

Check on syslog server if packets arrive from ESX (use tcpdump or similar programs).

Check if the syslog service is started or actually allowed in the firewall ?

Kind Regards,
