vSphere 6.5 - vm session connecting to a dedicated NIC

We have a VM host that houses 9 VM sessions and has six NICs. One of those sessions needs direct connection to a physical NIC so 100% of it's activity is passed through a non-shared NIC. Can this be done and how?

I hope you want to dedicate a physical NIC to a VM. If so, we can do it with feature direct IO.
