To find the latest patches, go to Download Patches.

If you don't have Update Manager in place you may find Single use vihostupdate How To for ESXi 4.x helpful.

my ESX host version is 4.1.0 and build is 260247, the latest patch available for esx4.1 is ESX410-201206001 , if i download the latest patch will i able to upgarde from 4.1.0 260247 to ESX410-201206001.

No, usually only the "Update_XX" Patches are cumulative. In your case this means you could upgrade to "update-from-esx4.1-4.1_update02" directly and then apply the remaining patches in the correct order.

u mean to say, first i have to download and install this update "update-from-esx4.1-4.1_update02"  and then ESX410-201112001 , then ESX410-201201001, then ESX410-201204001, then ESX410-201205001, and then ESX410-201206001.

correct me if i m wrong.

As mentioned before, installing "update-from-esx4.1-4.1_update02" will bring every ESX 4.1 build - lower than Update 2 - to Update 2.
