Finished uploading file to Esxi, but file doesn't appear.

Uploaded 7 files to Esxi, but can view only 6 files. 1 file uploaded successfully But I can't find the file. Is there a way to check?

You can access to the ESX shell and there you can check if the file is there. 

does the filename start with a dot ".", because ESX is linux based and filenames whos starts with dots are considered hidden files, so its possible the ESXI doesnt show it in the interface,
