I have a Horizon View environment:
Firewall open 443 port of Security server.
An internet client access Horizon View Desktop via internet.
It cann connection to Security server, but when it open the virtual desktop that blank screen.
What should I do?
Take a look at this:
TCP and UDP Ports Used by Clients and Agents
Depending on what protocol you are using, you have to open some additional ports.
Hello,
If you want to limit open ports to only 443 from the Internet, you might want to have a look at implementing a Unified Access Gateway. Then you can setup Blast protocol and tunnel all connections over port 443.
Check How to make all ports of Horizon out from port 443

My understanding:I need open port for Horizon View Agent(Virtual Desktop IP).
Is that right?
But if I have a lot of desktop, What should I do?
I have try it,but it's failed.
Hi,
It all depends on your setup. If for example you use PCoIP as your connection protocol, You'll need to have ports 443 & 4127 open from internet to your security server.
You security server must be allowed access to your connection server and probably also to your VDI's. Check Network Ports in VMware Horizon 7 | VMware for a more detailed graphic to see what ports need to be open between which servers. Also this site Understanding Horizon Connections | VMware can help you.
It's important to know how your setup is actually configured: tunneled connections or not, ... But the 2 sites above will certainly help you get a better understanding on how you should set it up.
Regards,
Michiel.
I have open 443 and 4172 ports from internet to your security server.
I use PCoIP login to desktop, but it is black screen.
