Connection problem when adding Composer 6

I have composer installed on the same machine vCenter is installed.

When using View Administrator to add the vCenter with Composer there is communication error after clicking finish. " A connection problem occurred between Connection Server, View Composer and vCenter Server. "

When adding the vCenter without Composer there is no issue.

This is what I'm running:

vCenter 5.5 Update 2

Horizon Connection Server 6

Horizon View Composer 6

In the Connection Server logs, you see entries similar to:

In the Windows Event Viewer logs in the View Composer machine, you see the error:

Event 36887

A fatal alert was received from the remote endpoint. The TLS protocol defined fatal alert code is 46.
