Notification options

Question on what folks are using to notify users in view of something.  For example, notify all users connected through view, notify all users in a pool or notify all users all particular host.  Any suggestions would be great.

View does have some small ability to message users through the Admin UI detailed here:

I believe this is limited to messaging a single user or a system wide notification.

You can also configure a message to be sent when a maintenance operation is going to occur on a desktop (refresh, recompose, rebalance). This can be configured in the Global Settings section.

Thanks for the feedback Mike, was really hoping for some better options in terms of "messaging" users based on pool/cluster/host but it would appear that currenly ones options through view are limited.  Would appear other solutions would need to be looked at if scripting or something else.

I think this is a very valid feature that should be considered.
