Hi folks,
We are running VMware view 4 and for no reason we can define some of our users (starting to increase) are getting authentication denied when trying to authenticate with the client to the connection broker. However from the same workstation with the same client installed my test accounts work just fine.
When the users do get denied this is the only warning in the event log.
brokerGetTunnel (tunnel-connection) response xml ERROR = tunnel session not created
However a quick Google did not turn up much info.
Now i have checked with both the desktop support guy's and the helpdesk and they have not changed anything to do with these accounts.
So my question is what could have changed on the View connection server to stop trusting these accounts?
My next stop is logging a job with VMware support but i thought i would ask the community first.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Environment specs.

VMware Vsphere 4

Vmware View is running Virtual XP Desktops

*Question answered didnt ready the bottom thingy on your post. sorry
Thick clients as above.
Furthur investigation has revealed that there is nothing wrong with the machine/client that the user is connecting from.
I've got an outage organised for this evening to restart the connection broker and ESX host just in case.
Cheers
Jon
