VDI - No Converyor for channel 0

We are running VDI/VDM version 2.0.0-403 on a Windows server 2003 SP1 server. We are experiencing channel disconnects. If we connect to the Virtual Machines locally, the disconnects are less frequent. If we attach remotely using VPN the disconnect usually happen with in 15 minutes or so. There is not an issue connecting but staying connected is the issue. I already rebuilt the VDM server once, but I'm still getting the same channel errors. Here a screen shot of the errors I am getting.

Thanks

Hi,

If you are running over a VPN make sure your MTU size is smaller than the encapsulation size.

Try setting the client and VDM MTU to 1400.

I never did figure out how to resolve this issue. Because the VDM environment is easy to rebuild I simply created a new server and reinstalled the VDM software and it works. Thanks Mike for the suggestion.
