When we using Win7 Home Premium 64b and Dell XPS studio 8100 as a client we get message connection lost, connection time out or just a black screen. Other client combination works fine. Do other ones out there experience same problem or have a solution for this one?
Welcome to the forums. Have you had a chance to look over the logs? If you take the View client out of the equation can you RDP directly into the VDI machine?
I have tried to RDP directly into the VDI machine and that worked fine. I have looked to the logs, but I can’t find anything on the problem, is there any particular log I should look to?
I tried to reset the VDI machine, first time I logged on after reset the log on was success full and I could work on the machine for 2-3 minutes before the machine hung.
