Is there a way to make User Define Keyboard Shortcuts? I have scoured the internet to see if its possible, and it led me to these 2 sites.

The first one is for VMWare Workstation, which I do not have and the only shortcut on that list that works is Ctrl + Alt + Enter and Ctrl + Alt + Insert, which is rather simple.
What I am looking for is, to be able to bring up the settings of the VM, the ability to reset, suspend, shut down, etc. And it looks like the second link is the key, but I want to know if anyone has done it before.
