users that will be accessing the application pools within a domain should be joined first in the vCenter server?

Or the domain can only be added to the connection servers regardless of the vCenter server domain?

User entitlement for applications in an application pool is done through the View admin console. The domain used is the one the connection servers are joined too and if that domain has a trust relationship with any other domains. Users don't need to be giving any access to vcenter

there is no relation between them

in horizon ,connection server is where we map between the vcenter and and composr and  connection  server

composr and Connection server need to join domian

so it means that my vcenter can have a domain.com

but since the users are in view.domain.com, this is added only in the connection server and domain.com doesn't needed to be in the connection server.

another question, can the domain of the users be in a total different domain?

with no trust relationships with existing domains.

the domain for connection serve is a must,and connection server need to be join to domain

and without  trust relationship you cant add users
