I've deployed a new IDM that hosts an "Active Directory over LDAP" connector. The connector was created successfully and has sync'd the AD group I identified in the setup. All users are now listed under "Users" in IDM. Additionally, the connector has been joined to the AD domain.
When I attempt to login via WorkspaceONE, I receive an error: We were unable to authenticate you. Check your credentials and try again. If your credentials are correct and you still cannot log in, your password might be locked. Wait a few minutes and try again.
Everything appears to be setup properly, but authentication is not working. Any thoughts?
I'm not sure where to look for logging. I've downloaded the log stash and looked at the connector logs, but nothing jumps out as suspect.
