ESXi 5.5 U1 fails to install Fusion 6.04

I am on a Mac Book Pro with OS X 10.9.4 (13E28) and I am trying to get ESXi 5.5 U1 installed on Fusion 6.04. It starts the install process but stops with the following.

I have attached the serial log and was wondering if anyone else has had the same issue. Thank you in advance.

I suspect that everything is going along just fine, but you have pressed Alt-F11, which has taken you to this banner screen.  If you press Alt-F2, you should be able to continue where you left off.
