dr-ip-customizer.exe is not a valid Win32 application

Hello:

I installed SRM 4.0 on Windows 2003 64-bit. It's working just fine, but now I want to Customize IP Properties and use dr-ip-customizer.exe command.

I am running command as user guide says - "dr-ip-customizer.exe -cfg ..\config\vmware-dr.xml -csv c:\tmp\example.csv -cmd generate", but it will give me error "dr-ip-customizer.exe is not a valid Win32 application" (see attachment).

Any ideas how I can fix it?

I would recommend running some virus scans -

Cause:

This issue can be caused by any of the below possibilities.

1. File is corrupt, bad, or missing.

2. File is not designed for your version of Windows.

3. File is a virus, worm, or other malware file.

4. Hardware incompatibility.

Also try reinstalling application. Can you run other exe's?

Copy the dr-ip-customizer.exe file from your second SRM server.
