I have found few other Collectors were registered with your email address and I will get back to you once I rectified the issue.
We have identified and resolved the issue internally, now we can successfully able to download the OSR.
We are having this same issue.
We also have been running the collector for mroe than 3-4 weeks and haven't received any notice.

I do not found any registered Collector with the provided User, however, I see multiple different accounts registered with EA Number: 116896750.
Please confirm if that is correct else, please validate and provide correct EA Account, organization name which is used at the time of Skyline registration.
That is the correct EA number, but its a statewide contract with a lot of different users. Not sure if that would make a difference.
i was pretty sure I had used my account when registering the appliance.
