Hi All,
I'm studying for my VCP510 exam. I'm just wondering what score I should be aiming to achive on the vSphere 5 Mock Exam under VMwares Mylearn page before I'm in good shape to sit the exam.
Thanks in advance
100%
But it is just a mock exam... The real has other pass criteria (well described in the blueprint).

It's difficult to say given that the real exam is not scored in percentage terms, but I'd personally be wanting a 90%+ score on a number of runs through the mock exam. The objectives in the exam blueprint are the most important things of all, make sure you are prepared in as many of those areas as possible, use the documentation and hands-on to prepare, and the mock exam and other online practice questions to validate what you learn.
There are some practice question links on my blog, click the VCP5 tab and read my exam review and study recommendations: http://vmwaretraining.blogspot.com

Just a word of warning, if you get 100% on the mock exam it wont let you do it again so as painful as it is, you will need to try get one question wrong. I'm sure you know this also but the mock exam is obviously not questions from the exam so if you pass the mock exam after a few treis it doesn'y automatically mean yu will pass the VCP5
Good luck with your exam

I do believe that's a real question has been known to show up on a mock exam, at least back in VCP4 days.
So no matter how well prepared you are, make sure you know the answers to the mock questions. One additional right answer could give you that pass!
If that's true Ed that item must have "slipped through the net" - the mock exam items are definitely not intended to also be present in the real exam, and I personally would consider it a waste of effort to memorise the items in the mock exam in the hope that this may happen.
Scott.
Thanks for the feedback guys.
I did end up passing with a score of 400. I'm pretty happy with that
