 I recently passed 1V0-21.20PSE (24.11.2023, region Asia).i got a voucher of 70% off

Yesterday I passed the exam. But I still haven't received the VMware badge. Checked it at https://www.certmetrics.com/vmware. There's no information there yet. What should I do? Wait some time or mail to certification@vmware.com?

Generally you should receive certification within 48-72 hours after completing all requirements.
