Creating a Training Plan

I am trying to create a training plan for our engineers/technicians. I want to add the VMware Certified Technical Associate to our list of required training. What I am looking for is a best guess at training time. So, I can throw it on a timeline of expectations. These are not your mother's expectations. You can reach these.
