Did not send the certificate vcta-dcv

Hello, I took the exam  1V0-21.20PSE (VCTA-DCV) and I did not receive any email (with the certificate). I don't know what to do or how to contact.

Presumably you have taken the vSphere Install Configure Manage class with a VMware IT Academy? Since it was the PSE version of the VCTA exam that you attempted.

How long ago did you attempt the exam?

And I took the exam on 03/05 and so far nothing, I'm desperate😔

And the answer to my other question about you having done the PSE exam?

After this amount of time, email certification@vmware.com with details of your exam.
