Hey folks,
does anyone have any method of doing LIVE backups of a VM that is MSCS created wtih the zeroedthick option for disks.
when you run a standard snapshot on them, the MSCS service loses the disks. You either have to power cycle the MSCS service or reboot the VM.
unfortunately the disks we have are large, so having an hour downtime on a SQL MSCS cluster is not a good idea.
