convert an ESXi VM to ESX 3.5

Hi,

I received VM files (OVF & VMDK) from ESXi but my server is an ESX 3.5

I can't find how to convert these files to run this VM on my server.

I tryed ovftool but I have an error message telling the path is not correct even if I checked it.

What version of ESXi is it? I've never had problems with moving virtual machines between ESXi 3.5 and ESX 3.5. I once had to convert a machine using VMware vCenter Converter from VMware Player to ESX, perhaps this might help you too.
