hpasm will take care of all the agents. hpsmhd is the homepage process.
As far as I remember
hpasm
hprsm ( 8.0 onwards not there I think)
cmanic
hp-openipmi (ipmi driver)
hpsmh is a web service and if above services are not running it will not contain any details

This should stop the agents:
service hpasm stop
service hpsmhd stop
service snmpd stop
This will not let them come up after a reboot:
chkconfig hpasm off
chkconfig hpsmhd off
chkconfig snmpd off

We would like to disable the agents as well, but leave the "smart array agent" enabled
Our ESX's hosts are running VSPHERE 4.0.0 with HP insight ver 8.2.5
