Yes, and you'll be able to use the existing Windows partition in Fusion as well (your question is ambiguous).
Unless you have a volume licensed copy of Windows, note that you'll have to reactivate since the virtual hardware we present is different from the physical hardware. Be sure to install VMware Tools, as they should make sure you don't have to keep reactivating when you switch between environments.
