Multiple network connections?

Is it possible to see two separate networks attached to two ethernet ports on a mac inside the VM but not see the internet connection whenrunning Fusion? I'm not a network guru at all, so please speak slowly when answering

Yes you can create two networks by powering down your virtual machine (do not suspend), and go into Virtual Machine > Settings > + and add another Network. In the Virtual Machine put Network 1 and Network 2 on the "host-only" setting These will be on a private network with the host. Even though the host has Internet access, your guest VMs will NOT.
