VMWARE FUSION Leopard-Vista installation mouse issues. Help!!

I searched through the comminities and did not find a solution for this. If it has been discussed before I am sorry for asking.

Within Vista the mouse turns into a little hand and and I have to click to grab the vmware session befor I use the mouse in Vista.

his happens when I hit the edges of the screen and when mouse is moved over drop down menus or buttons on the screen. Is there a way to keep the focus on the vmware session and prevent the mouse from turning into the little gloved hand?

If you run the Virtual Machine in Full Screen view this shouldn't be a problem however if thats not acceptable then have a look at Customizing the virtual machine's mouse settings for playing games in the Fusion Release Notes.
