XP (English) Japnaese Keyboard issues

Good day,

I've setup XP Pro English on Fusion with no issues other than keyboard layout. As it is XP Pro English, the default keyboard is english layout. I however use a Japanese Keyboard. I've tried selecting Japanese keyboards in XP Pro, however, this results in the no response from the XP Pro VM at all. I have to revert to snapshot to get back to the English layout and make it usuable again. Please note that my Fusion is an English version 1.1.3

How can I get the Japanese keyboard layout to function within XP Pro English?

So.. I got things to work after more tinkering.

Turns out I was wrong in my thinking. I'm using an apple external keyboard, so my first thought is "USB Keyboard"

I selected PS2 based 106/109 basic keyboard and all started functioning properly Smiley Happy

Thanks to anyone who took the time to read my question - hopefully this answer helps some people
