I can't install vmware workstation 16 pro.

what does the error code mean ?

Windows 10 Enterprise

Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4170.

What version of Workstation are you trying to install?

Did you verify the checksums of the downloaded installation package?

Are you launching the installer 'as admin'?
