A STOP 7B error is an issue with the hard disk controller.  Is this a VM you created by doing a physical to virtual conversion?

More details - your host OS, Workstation version, and how you created this VM.

There really is nothing to resolve other than to adjust your expectations.
Bluescreen 7b is expected behaviour when you attach an win7-image to a VM - 95 % Bluescreen - 3% success - 2% other errors.
To get the 3% chance of a success you must attach an appropriate Win7-image to a VM.
