I can not have gateway

Hello everyone, I am working with Windows 2012 R2 and I get the gateway 0.0.0.0 , I 'm connected with host - only  and static network configuration . When i put  the gateway manually disappears automatically . I searched the internet for a solution but I could not fix the problem.

I have attached photos if you can help solve the problem

Welcome to the Community,

for Host-Only networking you have to configure the virtual machine with an IP address in the Host-Only network (192.168.46.x in this case). I'd recommend you use an address between 192.168.46.3 and 192.168.46.172 to avoid IP address conflicts with e.g. the built-in DHCP server range. Btw. for the Host-Only network you don't need a Default Gateway anyway.

I try on bridge and i have the same problem the gateway is 0.0.0.0

Please provide the full details about your network configuration, i.e. the host's as well as the guest's settings and addresses (e.g. the output of ipconfig /all for both of them).

Your screenshots showed the x.x.x.1 IP address as the guest's network address. Can you confirm that this is NOT already in use for your gateway/router.
