I can't install win11.iso on vmware ,because starting keep it black screen.

Hi, i need help, please~

if i setted create a new sandbox want to install win11 system after,

i start it, but control panel/console always keep it black screen and can't stop it.

i find some way try fix it, but they don't work, like this:

1. Turn off 3d graphics acceleration.

2. Enabling a virtual printer.

3. netsh winsock reset (restart pc)

4. start vmware workstation server (i can't find it in mine pc like services.msc)

i try to fix this problem like find "C:\ProgramData\VMware\hostd" path delete file "datastores.xml"

but path on haven't "hostd" folder, so i failed.

5. use cmd send "net stop VMAuthdService" (succeed)

net start VMAuthdServicenet stop (succeed)

VMwareHostd (Invalid service name)

net start VMwareHostd (Invalid service name), so i failed.

i can't find vmware-hostd.exe too.

6. i uninstall vmware workstation pro 17 and restart system after,

do reinstall work, but problem still here.

what should i do, can fix that?

Once again, I tried to change some of the virtual machine Settings, and the situation changed. The console was no longer black.
However, the VM was unable to access the CD/DVD (SATA) image of the win11 system I chose and remained in the boot Manager menu.

1. Turn on 3d graphics acceleration.(This makes the console screen no longer black)

this question done.

When creating a win11 VM,
Virtual machine Settings need to enable the virtual printer and 3d graphics acceleration, and then restart the virtual machine when the console interface is displayed:

"Press any key to boot from CD or DVD......"

Press Enter in time;

otherwise, boot Manager will be displayed
