Unable to install x64 XP OS

My main OS is Vista and I have VMware Workstation 6.0.4 installed.

I am trying to install Windows XP x64 and I keep getting an error that the CPU is not compatible with a 64 bit OS. I'm running an Intel E6330 and ran the 64 bit checker which passed OK.

Any ideas?

In your computer BIOS you must enable VT. Then power OFF your computer COMPLETELY.

After this cold shutdown, start your computer and proceed with 64-bit guest installation.

Can't find info on Intel E6330, are you sure about CPU name?

Btw, I mistyped. Its an E6300 not E6330.
