I am trying to have IIS 7.5 in Win 7 host a site from files shared by the host OS (win 7, 64-bit, pro edition). However, when I try to configure anything about the site, I get a strange error from IIS that just indicates a filename of "
?\:\Windows\system32\inetsrv\config\applicationHost.config" and has the "Error:" field blank. Any ideas as to what is causing this error?
