For a school assignment, we need to use vyatta to setup different kind of routers.
My laptop however, does not have an ethernet port, so i bought a usb ethernet adapter.
My problem is, using a bridget connection and assigning dhcp as address for the interface, i dont get an ip for this interface.
Using the wifi to get an ip for this interface with dhcp works, but not with the ethernet adapter
