Why am i getting a blank screen when i deploy VRealize from OVA?

I followed instructions from here:

vRealize Operations Manager 6.0.1 Documentation Center and other places and i still cannot get past the first OVA deployment. When i deploy OVA via Vcenter, i power on the machine and get a blank screen in console (see attachment) Has anyone had this issue before?Vops no info.PNG

This happened because the installation process was not complete. You need to allow some time for vrealize to complete the install.
